A request from Talkbass, this is the complete Michael Viñas bass performance from the tune ‘Adan Garcia’ from the 1992 Rubén Blades recording, ‘Amor Y Control’. Classic Latin bass groove. Nothing chopsy but a great vehicle for developing your ability to make a tune of this kind groove nicely. There are a lot of Jazz players out there that play Latin all the time but still cannot deal with these kinds of grooves so, if you can nail it, you may get work that other people cannot cope with.
