Bass Player: Darryl Jones

Another tune from The Munch. This is Darryl Jones’s bass part to the tune ‘Techno’ from the 1986 John Scofield album ‘Still Warm’. The part is generally a one bar riff with fills, a modulation up a fourth for a second, albeit similar riff, then return to the original riff until a third phrase finishes the tune. Not a overly tough read once you get the gist but don’t let the repetition fool you. This is a tough one to groove on.
