Following the publication of the transcription of Pt.1 a few weeks ago, this is the full transcription of the track ‘One Of A Kind: Pt.2’ from the 1978 Bruford album of the same name. This is a tough little nut to crack as the notes are going past so fast. We are not entirely convinced that we have the correct numbers of repeat for each riff and there are subtle nuances between each that we mave have missed but, human failings aside, this is a monster bass part that will challenge the best of us, as readers and as players. The opening section is also very colla voce and open and the rhythm of the notes should be interpreted loosely.
