Bass Player: Nick Beggs

Nick Beggs started his career as the man who created ‘that’ bass line for the tune ‘Too Shy’ by Kajagoogoo. Since that time, he has gone on to perform with some of the UK’s finest Prog artists including Steve Hackett, Lifesigns and Steven Wilson, amongst others. The transcription is the complete Nick Beggs bass part to the tune ‘Drive Home’ from the 2013 Steven Wilson album, ‘The Raven That Refused To Sing (and Other Stories)’. A great album featuring some great tunes (the opener, ‘Luminol’ is on the site elsewhere, this tune has some interesting phrasing and concentration will be required as the song develops.
