Zach Cornish – Bass

I saw these guys at the Summer’s End Prog festival in Chepstow yesterday (18th October, 2026). A very together outfit. The two Cornish brothers, Zach and Ben Cornish, and drummer Dan Aston are tighter than anything I have ever heard in a long time. As a trio, their sound is massive! I thought I would put together one of Zach’s parts so I could try and see if I could keep up! It’s got a kind of Geddy Lee vibe about the playing (it’s a Fender Jazz) but it’s the songwriting that caught my ear. Great stuff from a band that deserves as much coverage as it can get. The track is called ‘Ignitor’ and is from the band’s 2019 ‘Taurus’ EP.
